Site content, visual design, and delivered chart packs remain Vision Flowpoint intellectual property unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. You may use delivered materials for internal operations and client reporting as agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or scrape the site in a way that impairs service for others.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Vision Flowpoint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are stated in the applicable statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
