Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid engagements with Vision Flowpoint Co., Ltd., including Field Operations Reviews, Maintenance Workload Mapping, Dispatch Performance Briefings, and Quarterly Ops Reporting.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when we cancel an engagement, when prepaid work cannot proceed for reasons attributable to us, or when a statement of work expressly allows a refund window before on-site days begin.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be emailed to hello@vision-flowpoint.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request, and before final deliverables are accepted where applicable.

Full and partial refunds

If we cancel before work starts, prepaid fees are refunded in full. If you cancel more than 10 business days before the first scheduled on-site or briefing day, deposits are refundable minus any non-recoverable travel already booked with your approval. Cancellations inside 10 business days may retain up to 50% of the deposit to cover reserved analyst time.

Non-refundable items

Completed observation days, finished chart packs, presented briefings, and third-party travel purchased at your request are non-refundable once delivered or incurred.

Work already started

If analysis has begun on records you supplied, fees for hours already worked are payable. Remaining prepaid balances may be credited toward a rescheduled window by mutual agreement.

Deposits, no-shows, and rescheduling

A typical on-site review requires a 40% deposit. Failure to provide agreed site access on a booked day may be treated as a no-show for that day. One complimentary reschedule is usually allowed with at least five business days’ notice; later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the estimate.

Exceptions

Force majeure events affecting Bangkok travel or industrial site access may allow fee credits rather than cash refunds, as set out in the statement of work.
