Vision Flowpoint Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name behind this practice. Established in 2019 in Bangkok, we began by helping a handful of HVAC contractors read their work-order history before quarterly landlord meetings.
Origin
In the late 2010s, several Bang Rak and Silom maintenance firms asked for charts that facility owners would trust. Spreadsheets alone were not persuading anyone. We formed Vision Flowpoint Co., Ltd. in 2019 to combine on-site observation with clear visual summaries of dispatch, travel, and completion.
Since then the practice has stayed deliberately small: analysts who understand depot mornings, plant-room access delays, and the politics of overtime, working engagement by engagement with the firms that invite us in.
How we work
We begin with records you already keep, then spend time where the work happens. Charts are drafted in Bangkok and walked through with the people who own the next schedule cycle. Recommendations stay concrete: zone changes, board discipline, parts staging—not abstract transformation programmes.
People
Our core team includes former maintenance planners and analysts who have worked Thai industrial belts and CBD service contracts. Engagements are led from our office at 78 Kiatnakin Building New Road in Bang Rak, with travel to client depots as scoped.
