Talking building clients through quarterly charts
How account managers can present maintenance performance without drowning facility owners in jargon.
Facility owners rarely want a lecture on methodology. They want to know whether lifts, chillers, and common areas stayed reliable, and where money went in overtime.
Open with three charts: completed preventive jobs versus plan, emergency volume, and average arrival for emergencies. Leave utilisation deep-dives for the appendix.
When a number worsens, name the cause in plain Thai or English that matches the meeting language—parts lead times, access delays, or a vacant technician seat—not abstract variance.
Invite one question round before you flip to recommendations. Owners who speak first will tell you which chart already worries them.
Close with two or three actions you own for the next quarter. A chart pack without owners becomes a polite PDF that nobody opens again.
